Second Annual Forest Preserve of Cook County Photo Contest!

For those who have an eye for photography and want to have their work published, this is a great opportunity to show off your abilities. Until September 15th the FPDCC is taking submissions for their annual photo contest and the winner shall be chosen by voters between October 1st- October 10th.

1231596_10151839040155129_2113978433_nThe rules of the contest state that photos must be taken at a Cook County Forest Preserve, which includes Brookfield Zoo and Chicago Botanical Gardens, each photo must come with a captain, and there is a limit of 5 photos per contestant. The winning photo will be featured in the Forest Preserve District of Cook County 2014 calender, be displayed on the FPDCC website and social channels, and be part of an exhibit displayed at the downtown and suburban Cook County Buildings.
