Chicago Center for Green Technology Presents Passive House Discussion Tuesday at 6pm

Tuesday night at 6, the Chicago Center for Green Technology (445 N. Sacramento) presents a discussion of passive house and net zero home construction with architect Tom Bassett-Dilley.

This presentation will demonstrate how Passive House Planning was used to reduce energy demands, then a PV system was sized to offset the remaining energy demands. The presentation will also show how a Building Information Model was used to integrate with the energy modeling software and how the Passive House Planning Package can be used in design to optimize performance.
