WHY: (Goals of the Film Fest)

Create thought-provoking, transformative opportunities for understanding climate change, sustainability, and the power of human involvement.
Pack an intensive “education & awareness punch” in rich, 2-hour stories on film.
“Expand the movement” by reaching out to – but also beyond – those passionately committed to green, and inviting in those who are even casually interested.
Help move Oak Park / River Forest forward as a sustainable community and as a green community leader in the Chicago area.
Have fun bringing like-minded people together!

Green Community Connections is a grassroots network for a sustainable future in the greater Oak Park & River Forest areas. For more information, including online ticketing for the festival, please visit the Green Community Connections website.
