Tomorrow at 6pm, the Chicago Center for Green Technology (445 N. Sacramento) presents John R. Bauer of Wahaso -Water Harvesting Solutions, Inc. speaking on “Case Studies in Municipal Rainwater and Greywater Systems.”
The idea of reusing rainwater and greywater to flush toilets and irrigate landscaping in commercial buildings is still new to the Chicago area. However, several systems have been installed and are being used to save municipal drinking water and reduce the amount of stormwater that enters the shared sewer/storm
system in the City during a rain event. Wahaso has installed a number of systems and will use this session to explain how its systems are scoped, designed and installed through case studies of actual systems now in place. Case studies will be discussed.
